Terms

Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Teeem AI by FlowOS, including customer responsibilities, service operations, data use, and limitations.

Effective: June 19, 2026 · Version: 1.1

1. Purpose and definitions

These terms govern the use of Teeem AI and related services provided by FlowOS Co., Ltd. ("FlowOS").

Teeem AI is an enterprise AI agent service that uses approved company data and tools to consolidate information, discover insights, and support approved follow-through based on natural-language requests.

Where FlowOS and an enterprise customer enter into a separate service agreement or Data Processing Agreement (DPA), that agreement prevails over these terms.

2. Service scope

FlowOS provides AI agents, company data consolidation, insight discovery, approved workflow follow-through, connectors, audit logs, security controls, and permission management.

Supported connector categories focus on Slack, Webchat, Mobile, ERP/Ecount, Google Workspace, Notion, Confluence, DB/API, Hometax, PopBill, NICE, UniPass, Cafe24, and SmartStore.

3. Accounts and customer administration

A service agreement is formed when a customer applies under FlowOS procedures and FlowOS accepts the application.

Enterprise customers are responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, connector access, and internal policy alignment.

4. Fees, free trials, and changes

Fees, free trials, billing methods, and payment terms follow the service notice or a separate agreement.

FlowOS may change features for operational or technical reasons and will notify customers of material changes in advance.

5. User obligations

Users must comply with applicable law, these terms, company policy, and service instructions.

  • Do not input or process personal or confidential data without proper authority.
  • Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell, bypass security, or misuse the service.
  • Do not perform analysis, benchmarking, training-data extraction, bulk automated calls, or structural analysis to develop a competing product.
  • Do not create or upload illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
  • Keep accounts and authentication credentials secure.

6. Customer data warranty

The customer warrants that it holds lawful rights to the data, documents, content, and connected-system access it inputs, connects, or uploads to the service.

The customer is responsible for any third-party rights infringement, privacy violation, or legal breach arising from the data it provides, and shall indemnify and hold FlowOS harmless against related damages, costs, and legal fees.

7. Data and AI outputs

Customer-uploaded, connected, or generated data generally remains owned by the customer or user.

FlowOS processes data only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. FlowOS does not provide customer data to external AI models for training without the customer's prior written consent, and may use de-identified, aggregated statistics to improve the service.

AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies; users must review and verify them before making important decisions or taking external actions.

8. Reliance on and limits of AI

The service is a tool that assists the customer's work. The following apply:

  • Supporting role: The service does not replace the customer's independent judgment, and final decisions about adopting outputs rest with the customer.
  • No over-reliance: Matters requiring professional judgment (legal, tax, accounting, HR, medical) must not be decided on outputs alone and should be reviewed by qualified professionals.
  • Business continuity: The customer must independently maintain backup means and continuity plans for critical operations against interruption, failure, or discontinuation.
  • Verification: Outputs are not guaranteed to be current, complete, or accurate; the customer is responsible for verifying source data and origins.
  • Automation control: The customer must keep human-confirmation steps via approval workflows and permission settings, and is responsible for results of disabling them.
  • External use: When the customer publishes outputs externally or provides them to third parties, the customer bears responsibility for their review.

9. Suspension and termination

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, incidents, security events, or force majeure.

FlowOS may restrict use or terminate service if a user violates these terms or applicable law.

10. Data handling on termination

Upon termination, the customer may request the return or extraction of customer data within 30 days of the termination date, and FlowOS will support this in a reasonable format.

After that period, FlowOS securely deletes customer data and copies except where retention is legally required. Data in backup and disaster-recovery systems may persist for up to 90 days under routine rotation cycles, with access restricted during that period.

11. Limitation of liability and indemnity

Unless caused by FlowOS intent or gross negligence, FlowOS is not liable for damages arising from user fault, connected-system or third-party service failures, or unreviewed or excessive reliance on AI outputs.

FlowOS's total liability, regardless of cause, is capped at the total subscription fees actually paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap does not apply to FlowOS intent, gross negligence, or breach of confidentiality.

In no event is FlowOS liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, data loss, loss of business, loss of expected profit, or lost profits, except in cases of FlowOS intent or gross negligence.

12. Changes to these terms

FlowOS may amend these terms as laws, service scope, or operational policy change.

FlowOS will announce changes, stating the effective date and reason, through the website or service at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes that are material or unfavorable to users).

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Disputes are first to be resolved by mutual consultation; failing that, the competent court for FlowOS headquarters has first-instance jurisdiction.
