Privacy Policy
FlowOS processes personal data and company work data only as needed to provide Teeem AI, with sensitive-data protection, information consolidation, and permission-aware execution as core design principles.
Effective: March 20, 2026 · Version: 1.0
1. Purposes of processing
FlowOS processes data to provide Teeem AI, manage enterprise accounts, support SSO/OIDC, enforce role-based access control, manage usage, maintain security audits, provide support, and improve the service.
Teeem AI supports company information consolidation, business insight discovery, and approved follow-through for reports, approvals, customer lookup, invoices, knowledge search, and data cleanup.
2. Data we process
The exact data depends on administrator settings, user permissions, and enabled connectors.
- Account data: name, email, company, department, role, authentication data
- Usage data: conversations, requests, responses, tool execution logs, access logs, usage records
- Connected work data: approved connector data from Slack, ERP/Ecount, Google Workspace, Notion, Confluence, DB/API, Hometax, PopBill, NICE, UniPass, Cafe24, and SmartStore
- Security data: permission checks, audit logs, threat detection records, and incident response records
3. Retention and deletion
FlowOS retains personal data for the period required by law or service contract, then deletes it when the purpose is fulfilled or the contract ends.
Conversation session data is retained only as needed for service delivery and auditability. Audit logs, billing records, and access logs may be retained according to applicable law.
4. Sharing and subprocessors
FlowOS does not share personal data outside the stated purpose unless there is user consent or a legal basis.
FlowOS may use subprocessors for AI inference, cloud infrastructure, payment, customer support, and service operations, with data protection and security obligations reflected in contracts.
5. Sensitive data and AI processing
Teeem AI is designed to detect and mask personal or sensitive information before AI processing. Original identifiers are handled only within authorized purpose and permission boundaries.
Data sent to external AI model providers is minimized and, where applicable, PII-masked. Dedicated instances or scoped deployment models can be reviewed for security-sensitive customers.
6. Security measures
FlowOS uses encryption in transit, encryption at rest, RBAC, SSO/OIDC, IP allowlists, tenant isolation, audit logs, access controls, and security monitoring.
Tool execution is governed by user permissions, company policy, and connector settings. Action history is recorded for traceability.
7. Data subject rights
Individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. Enterprise administrators may help process requests for their organization.
Privacy requests can be sent to official@flowos.work.
8. Updates
This policy may be updated as laws, service scope, or security architecture changes. Material updates will be announced through the website or service before they take effect.
